The President of Basra University, Prof. Dr. Saad Shaheen Hammadi, honored the student in the Department of Translation / College of Arts, Nabaa Thamer Kazem, in appreciation of the position she occupied as the Iraqi ambassador for the World Scout Youth Forum.  Dalilah was chosen by the World Organization of the Scout Movement - Arab Scout Region for the Screening Committee during the activities of the 42nd World Scout Conference and the 14th World Scout Youth Forum as a member.
 As Prof. Dr. Qusay Muhammad Al-Dirawi, Director of the Student Activities Department, said, this is a new achievement for the Iraqi Scouts in addition to the achievements made by the Iraqi Scout Association/Iraq Scout Council on the international and Arab Scouts arenas in the past period.

 It is worth mentioning that Al-Dalilah (Nabaa Thamer Kazem) is a member of the Iraqi Scout delegation participating in the 14th World Scout Youth Forum and the Iraqi ambassador to it.  before the forum.
