at the level of Iraq,
In the first national Quranic competition
In memorizing, reciting and reciting the Qur’an,
held at the Islamic University of Najaf.

Where the student Zahraa Shaker Shanawa from the Faculty of Science - Department of Earth Sciences ranked second in recitation.
The student, Asawer Azhar Hamouda, from the College of Science - Department of Environmental Sciences, won the third place in Tajweed.

As a result, the two students qualified for the international competition that will be held on Eid Al-Ghadeer
