The Scout Division in the Student Activities Department at the University of Basra held a ceremony to raise the Iraqi flag in the College of Administration and Economics, in the presence of Dr. Naeem Sabah, Assistant Dean, Dr. Hussein Musa, responsible for the activities unit in the college, and Dr. Rawa Abdul-Amir Abbas, Associate Director of the Student Activities Department at the University of Basra, and under the supervision of the Scouts Division official at the university.
